Gift vouchers entitle the recipient to book a taster silver clay jewellery making session within 12 months of issue.
A bit about our taster sessions:
These classes will introduce using silver clay to make your own piece of jewellery that you will be able to take home at the end of the session.
No prior jewellery making experience is necessary, and all tools and materials will be provided within the session.
The class will last from 3 - 4 hours to allow you to develop and refine your design, dry your piece before kiln firing, and time to polish and finish at the end.
I provide tuition in small, friendly groups and you will be provided with refreshments throughout.
This class focuses on the basics of working with silver clay - different themes of what will be made on the day, and location will vary.
I will be show you how best to handle to clay, explain how to fire using different methods, how to polish your fired piece, and finally attach findings to make your creation into something that can be worn.
Once the silver clay is fired your piece will be 999 Fine Silver.

The sessions are suitable from age 12+, but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
