DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, or Royal Mail Special Delivery service depending on the value of the items to be shipped.

I currently only ship to customers within the UK.

For stock items I dispatch within 1 - 3 working days.

For any custom items or made-to-order these will take longer - please refer to the details within the item description.

Shipping charges are equivalent to the current Royal Mail prices for all orders regardless of the number of items within an order if shipping to the same address. Premium delivery services or shipping to multiple addresses will incur an additional charge.

All jewellery items are placed in an eco friendly white jewellery box, and are packaged with tissue paper and a care for your jewellery card and complimentary polishing cloth.

Postal boxes and any other packaging are also eco friendly and free from plastic.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges on stock and made-to-order items are accepted for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The item should be returned to me in its original packaging and in an unused and saleable condition. Your return must be received within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

Custom made items or commissions cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Therefore it is important to check all specifications carefully before completing your order.
